Jessica is the Procurement Program Director for the State of Tennessee’s Governor’s Office of Diversity Business Enterprise (Go-DBE). She is an experienced and dedicated procurement professional devoted to helping diversity businesses find needed resources and solutions to attain their definition of success. She is committed to building relationships and developing opportunities for diversity business enterprises that will expand economic opportunities and assist with their growth and development.
